Because our products are freshly prepared food items, returns are not accepted after food has been prepared or delivered. However, we are committed to providing quality meals and will work with customers to resolve eligible issues.


Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before food preparation begins.

Once an order has entered the preparation process, cancellation requests may not be accepted because ingredients and resources have already been used.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following situations:

  • Incorrect items were provided in your order.
  • Items are missing from your order.
  • Food quality issues are reported shortly after receiving your order.
  • Payment was processed incorrectly.
  • Duplicate payments were made.

Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

For food quality issues, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.


Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, we generally cannot accept refunds or returns for:

  • Food that has been consumed or partially consumed.
  • Orders where the customer changes their preference after preparation.
  • Incorrect address or unavailable customer situations.
  • Delays caused by factors outside our control.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us with:

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the order when applicable

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.


Refund Processing

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Because our products are freshly prepared meals, we do not offer traditional product exchanges.
